(Maxine Wynn is the only newly elected Board member. All other members are continuing).

Subsequent to the June Unit Board elections, Unit officers were elected. They are

   First Vice-President - Paul Hartke
   Second Vice-President - Pam Ames
   Treasurer - Tom Wynn

Karen Coe continues as Secretary; Doug Edwards continues as Business Manager.

As is customary, and Annual Membership Meeting was held in Paducah at the Cobb Sectional.

The Annual Financial Report was presented for the attending Unit 223 members inspection, and the floor was opened for any questions or comments.
