Separate events in four flights: Flight eligibility is based on your masterpoint total as of August 6, 2023 (the total on your September 2023 masterpoint report).
Championship (Open): All Players
Flight A: Limited to players with 0-6000 masterpoints
Flight B: Limited to players with 0-2500 masterpoints
Flight C: Limited to non-Life Masters with 0-500 masterpoints
Format: All matches will be played on
Bridgebase Online.
In all flights: The first day (April 27) will be a
two-session Swiss qualifying or a straight knockout (depending on number of
entries).
In flights with five or more teams: The top two or
four teams from the Saturday Swiss qualifying will advance to knockout rounds
on Sunday.
Entry fees: $15 per person per session. Total
team entry for the two sessions on Saturday is $120/team for a team of four, $150
for five members or $180 for six members.
Pre-registration and payment for the two sessions on Saturday are required. If you advance to the second day, entry fee for those
sessions will be due by May 17.
Payment is made to District 8. You cannot pay online with BBO
bucks.

April 19, 2024.
