Please note:
This is planned as a face-to-face event in Springfield.
However, depending on official regulations and guidance regarding the
safety of group meetings,
it may be necessary to hold the event online on Bridgebase.com. Details will be posted here and sent to you by email.
The District NAP event is open to all District 8 players who qualified in any club-level NAP game in any ACBL District. All qualifying games were held in June, July and August.
Flights: Separate events will be held in three flights:
Flight A: Open to any player
Flight B: 0-2500 masterpoints
Flight C: Non-Life Masters with 0-500 masterpoints
The effective date for determining masterpoint eligibility is May 6, 2021. This will be the total listed in the report that's included in your June 2021 Bridge Bulletin.
ACBL awards: The top three pairs in Flight A and the top four pairs in Flights B and C will qualify to play in the national finals. The top two pairs in each flight will receive cash travel awards from ACBL.
National Finals will be held at the Spring North American Bridge Championships in Reno NV. Flight A: Wednesday and Thursday, March 9 & 10, 2022. Flights B & C: Saturday & Sunday, March 19 & 20, 2022
Entry fee: To be announced. You must be a paid-up ACBL member to enter.
