championship at the Las Vegas NABC in July.

and Jonathan Goldberg, who won the Grand National Teams Flight C
championship at the Las Vegas NABC in July.
They played and won matches for four days to advance to the finals, where they met the District 23 team from California. District 8 trailed 40-29 after the first quarter, but stormed back to win the second quarter 66-26. They extended the margin in the second half and won by a final score of 200-124.
This is the first time any District 8 team has won the national GNT championship in any flight. The foursome earned 40 masterpoints for the win, and O'Reilly-Pol became a Life Master.
Congratulations also go to former District 8 member Jason Feldman, now of San Diego CA, who won the NABC Swiss Teams on the final weekend in Las Vegas.
