A big thank you goes out to Bernie Riley (left), who is retiring as long-time director and club manager of games in the Pekin and Peoria area. Bernie's club games on Tuesday and Friday mornings (11:00 a.m.) will now be part of the Peoria Duplicate Club run by Chuck Young.
To mark the transition, all the morning games on Tuesdays and Fridays in April will be charity games that award extra masterpoints. Entry fees will be the regular $5, with the club making the $1/player charity donation. All games at the club offer hand records and online posting of hands, contracts and results on the ACBL website and the club's site on pianola.net . Players will receive email notices with their results shortly after each session.
If you need partners or have any
questions about Peoria bridge, contact Chuck Young at 309-397-0831.
