New site for the Illini Champaign Regional -- May 21-27, 2013
This year's Illini Champaign Regional will be at the Hawthorn Suites, an all-suite hotel one block south of our former site (Hilton Garden Inn).
This year's schedule features two two-session morning Swiss Teams and three of the popular Gold Rush Pair events for 0-750 players. You can check out the 2013 events and find links on the tournament schedule page.
The Hawthorn bridge rate is $85 if you book for three nights or more ($96 for one or two nights). The rate includes free hot breakfast buffet, free wifi and use of the fitness center, hot tub and indoor pool. Pet-friendly. Parking is free, and there are many restaurants within walking distance.
Hawthorn reservations: 217-398-3400. Please reserve early. A limited number of two-bed rooms are available, but all rooms have sleeper sofas to accommodate two or more guests.
