District 8 Solvers Forum

 We're sorry to report that we've experienced another delay in publication of the Solvers Forum feature. Please accept our apologies.

After losing our server, we had to find another volunteer to host and maintain the web form and other files. The move required extensive reprogramming, which has taken longer than expected.
