For their commitment and service, our thanks go to the following outgoing directors: Sandy Bigg, Sheryl Finkenstadt, Mark Ludwig, Sasanka Ramanadham & John Samsel.
Playing with Judy, his wife, Charlie Biendo had never played duplicate before. They did well enough to place overall in their Flight in District 8’s fall StaC week on Wednesday. And just in case you think it was a fluke, please note that they placed 1st in Flt C and 2nd in Flt B in Lake St Louis’ club game on Nov 26. This just proves that being new to duplicate doesn’t mean you can’t win.
Hint: everyone go recruit newcomers, and use this story as proof that It Can Be Done.
