We hope to see a great turnout of Unit members at our annual Memorial Day regional is coming up May 20-26 at the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites in Champaign. Both hotels are located on the site of the old Chancellor Hotel, where the tournament was held from 1993 to 2005. We have spacious playing facilities in the remodeled convention center, along with free parking, convenient restaurants and non-stop hospitality. A full schedule of events is here.

If you live in one of the Illinois counties below, this is the year to elect your representative to the Unit 208 Board of Directors:
Area #3: Hancock, McDonough, Fulton, Adams, Schuyler, Brown & Pike Counties.
Area #6: McLean & Woodford Counties.
Area #9: Kankakee, Bureau, Iroquois, Putnam, Marshall, LaSalle & Livingston Counties
The Area Representative meets with the Board three times a year at our Unit sectionals. Anyone from these areas who would like to run for a seat on the Board should send name and ACBL number to Unit Secretary Marilyn Stickel by May 1. Elections will be held in May and June.
